You might get an error Cardholder Not Verified or Your payment was NOT successful. Third party authorisation for this payment failed when paying via our Visa / Mastercard gateway.
This error is usually caused by when your card issuer supports Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, but you have not enabled it specifially on your card.
To enable this, please visit the Online Banking website of your card-issuing bank to activate Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode on your card for safe and secure online shopping.
