Notes are highly important for day to day work activities. Use notes to jot down questions, ideas, reminders or anything else you would write on notepaper. This feature is especially convenient when used to save bits of information you may need later, such as directions or text you want to reuse in other items or documents. You can also create and save notes in your Garanntor Email. This article will show you how to do so.
1. Login to your Garanntor Email. From the list of options at the top of the page, select the note icon as shown in the image below.
2. The next page displays your list of already exixting notes. Click on the "New" button to create a new note.
3. A pop up box comes up where you specify details about the note you are about to create. You need to input the subject of the note and the body of the note, which is the information you want to store. You can also select the color of the note to differentiate it from other notes. Once you have put in the details of the note, click "Save"
4. Now your note has been created. you can then view your notes.
